Here at Reverse Osmosis Pros we offer Free Shipping on all our systems. We believe in providing our customers with the best value possible, which is why the shipping is on us. Our RO systems are marked well below the standard retail price you see in stores and with free shipping, buying from RO Pros is a no brainer. This is our way of saying "thank you" to our customers for shopping with us. Please note that some larger commercial systems will have some unexpected shipping charges. In the unlikely event of this, you will be notified.  

Please be aware that most items ship within 3-5 Business days. In the unlikely event that your shipment will take longer you will be quickly notified after purchase.

Note: We are not able to ship to PO Boxes. If you enter a PO Box, we will have to contact you and ask for an alternate address!

Return Policy - 100 Percent Satisfaction Guarantee

We always look out for our customer’s best interest. We believe that it is our duty to give the best shopping experience to all our customers. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase or service, please give us a call and we will do everything in our power to make the situation better. If you would like to return an item that is unused then the item may be returned after confirmation from us. Some manufactures require up to a 15% restocking fee for items returned. We unfortunately must pass that fee down to our customer. After 30 days we cannot accept returns. (Note; some commercial reverse osmosis systems will have a different return policy. Please contact us for more information.)

Because we carry such a large selection of reverse osmosis systems to give our customers the best selection, it is difficult to have specific return policies that cover all the products. Special or custom built items are not covered by our return policy. We strongly urge you to call us if you are at all worried about returns about a specific product so that there are no surprises.

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase but in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be readily available to assist you and figure out a solution. We do not charge any fees or add-on expenses to our customers that are not charged to us by our manufacturers. All restocking fees are charged to us by the manufacturer and we must abide by them. 

In the rare event that a product has been damaged in shipping or has a manufacturer defect, please notify us as soon as possible. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and work with you to figure out the best solution.

Again, please call us if you have questions about returns on a specific system.

To Make a Return, Simply:

1. Repack your RO system with all of its components back into its original packaging.
2. Contact us at 1(866)-855-0671 or fill out our contact form to inform us of your return and find out the proper address to ship the unit.

That's it!

Important: No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. Please call (866)-855-0671 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) .

Cancellation Policy

Once the order is placed with Zynga LLC and Reverse Osmosis Pros, we will submit an order directly to our manufacturer on your behalf. This typically occurs within a 24-hour period after an order is placed by the customer. Once this step has been completed Zynga LLC and Reverse Osmosis Pros and thus the customer, become financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise from the manufacturer.

For this reason, we don't accept order cancellations once the 24-hour window has passed. At the time an order is placed the customer receives a notification via e-mail describing all order details. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the information in e-mail receipt is correct. If the customer does not notify us of any changes within the 24-hour window Reverse Osmosis Pros will proceed with ordering the merchandise from the manufacturer. Any cancellation of the order after this point must be submitted in writing through our contact form. The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling fees that may apply.

Also note that sometimes we ship reverse osmosis systems before the 3-5 day period, therefore we cannot do anything after it is shipped out.  We pride ourselves in shipping out as fast as possible; therefore there is nothing we can do if an order has already been shipped out

Sweet Warranties!!

That’s right the majority of our reverse osmosis systems come with a limited warrantee. We have handpicked our reverse osmosis systems to only include the highest standard products. We stand behind all of our products!  Again, if you have questions about a particular product warrantee please call us.

If any product breaks down during the warrantee period please call us and our manufacturers will have you covered. These warrantees do not include miss treated or abused RO systems. Only product malfunctions are covered under warrantee.  

If the product is broken or damaged during shipment, please let us know as soon as you get the product so we can set up shipment of replacement parts.
