Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a reverse osmosis system cost?

Residential under-sink systems typically range from $300-$800 installed. Whole-house systems range from $1,500-$5,000 depending on capacity. We provide free quotes tailored to your specific water quality and household needs.

How often do filters need to be replaced?

Pre-filters and post-filters should be replaced every 6-12 months. The RO membrane typically lasts 2-3 years. Our maintenance plans handle all replacements automatically so you never have to track schedules.

Does reverse osmosis waste a lot of water?

Modern RO systems are much more efficient than older models. Our systems achieve a 1:1 to 3:1 waste-to-pure ratio, and we can install permeate pumps to reduce waste even further. We also offer systems that redirect waste water to garden irrigation.

Is RO water safe to drink? Does it remove healthy minerals?

RO water is perfectly safe. While it does remove some minerals, the majority of essential minerals come from food, not water. For those who prefer mineral-rich water, we offer remineralization stages that add back calcium, magnesium, and raise pH.

How long does installation take?

A standard under-sink installation takes 1-2 hours. Whole-house systems typically take half a day. We schedule at your convenience and always clean up after ourselves.

Do you service all brands of RO systems?

Yes. Our technicians are trained on all major brands including APEC, iSpring, Home Master, Waterdrop, and commercial systems from Pentair and Watts. We can service, repair, or upgrade any existing RO system.
